Freshboy, an ambitious artist, was born Christopher Bell on the Southside of Chicago. His love for music has created exceptional skills in producing and the writing of catchy hooks. During his second year of high school he became interested in the rap industry. Freshboy then began rapping and purchasing his beats from his peers. As a way of saving money he began making his own Hip-Hop, R&B, and Rap beats on his PlayStation. Years later he started to take his music career more seriously which led him to invest in a keyboard. He began writing songs as well as producing beats for himself and other local artists. With his own sense of style and hooks he created the name "Freshboy" for himself. Freshboy has performed all over the Chicago area at different events, clubs, and fundraisers thus creating a buzz and a name for himself as an artist/producer.
